Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

We provide free Royal Mail (RM) shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. Once your order has been processed, domestic deliveries generally take 3-4 business days, depending on your location. Royal Mail estimates these timeframes but does not guarantee specific delivery dates.

For domestic orders, please note that if an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional fees incurred for rerouting or reshipping the package.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to destinations outside of the United Kingdom. International delivery typically takes 6-7 business days, depending on the destination country. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and customs fees required by the authorities in their respective territories. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or any additional charges that may be levied by customs authorities.

As with domestic shipping, should a package be undeliverable due to an incorrectly provided shipping address, any fees associated with rerouting or reshipping are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Carrier Options

Shipping carrier options may be offered at the time of purchase, depending on availability. If other carriers are available, you may select a preferred option for shipping your order.

Delivery Expectations and Delays

For UK addresses, orders should generally arrive within 7 business days of purchase confirmation. During national holidays or peak shopping periods, deliveries may experience delays beyond the estimated timeframe. International deliveries may take longer, subject to factors such as customs delays.

Shipping Limitations

We currently ship to select international destinations. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you and issue a refund.

If your package cannot be delivered due to an error in the shipping information you provided, or if a package is returned to us marked as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that any additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
