The 14 day period begins from the date of which you received your order. During that period, you can request a return of the purchased item, and then you will get your refund after we receive the item.

Refund Process

 

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be advised that the banking system may require additional time to finalize and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

 

Please be advised that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return results from an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Please be advised that you must use a shipping service that covers customs and import fees at destination.

 

Refund Method for Gifted Items

 

If an item was received as a gift and is subsequently returned, the refund will be issued either to the original purchaser or in the form of store credit.
